Fredericksburg Java Ranch Welcome to the Fredericksburg Java Ranch Espresso Bar and Cafe, serving breakfast and lunch. We are conveniently located on historic Main Street in downtown Fredericksburg, Texas. Enjoy a full expresso bar and our own Texas Hill Country Roasted Blends. We offer delicious hot and cold coffee drinks, smoothies, beer, wine, frozen margaritas, breakfast tacos, deli style sandwiches, salad wraps, soups and assorted pastries, including: cookies, pies, muffins, croissants, and strudel. Hours: Monday – Saturday, 7am – 5pm, and Sundays, 8am – 5pm

Italian Coffee Vocabulary:

caffè (espresso) – a small cup of strong coffee topped with a caramel-colored foam called “crema”.
caffè Americano – American-style coffee, but stronger; weaker than espresso and served in a large cup
caffè doppio – double espresso
caffè freddo – iced coffee
caffè Hag – decaffeinated coffee
caffè latte – hot milk mixed with coffee and served in a glass
caffè macchiato – espresso “stained” with steamed milk
caffè marocchino – espresso with a dash of hot milk and cocao powder
caffè stretto – espresso with less water; rocket fuel!
cappuccino – espresso infused with steamed milk
granita di caffè con panna – frozen, iced beverage, similar to a slush, but with ice shavings, and topped with whipped cream
