Two bedrooms, one bath with an old time clawfoot tub, and a mini kitchen complete with fridge, microwave and coffee pot makes this the perfect place to spend a few days in the Hill Country!
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
