Join the Former Texas Rangers Foundation at the Texas Rangers Heritage Center for the annual Celebrate Texas! event. Opening ceremonies begin at 10 am followed by historical re-enactments and cannon firing by the Living History Headquarters Co. Rangers. During the “Circle of Life” Fredericksburg Gathering 2020, Larry Liles of the Comanche Nation will present the history of the American Indians in Fredericksburg and the grandson of Quanah Parker, Benny Tahmahkera, will be on hand along with music and dance performances, a Lipan Apache exhibit and native food and craft vendors. The Old Chisholm Trail Western Variety Show will be presented at 10:30 am and 2 pm by award-winning K.R. Wood & The Gone to Texas Band. Please come and enjoy an amazing day!
