Cooking with Lavender

We invite you to our kitchen for a curated series of cooking classes and demos. Classes are lead by distinguished guests from the culinary and wine world. Our seasonally inspired classes will span an array of subjects.  On March 15, please join us for a class on cooking with lavender. No one knows spices better than 20 year restaurant veteran, Karen Vaucher. During this lavender-focused class, Karen will demonstrate techniques for using lavender in a variety of savory dishes. The class will be followed by a complementary wine pairing provided by La Bergerie.
