Come join Pastry Chef Victoria McLure and learn to make crepes! These wonderful French creations are incredibly versatile and add a touch of elegance to any occasion. You will learn to make the basic crepe and use them for both main courses and dessert. Chef Victoria will also demonstrate making a show-stopping crepe cake. We will serve water, peach cider and wine (red, white or peach) and crepes.
