After apprenticing under a Swiss master Chocolatier to learn the process, she added an American twist: infusions from the American TASTE pallette, an unprecedented and original approach... the first chocolatier, worldwide, to create a liquid center made from wine varietals, Texas Spirits, as well as, non-alcoholic liquid centers. Each batch of Quintessential Chocolates is handcrafted using the Swiss/Texas technique!
