Nick Cristano is a young marketing executive in New Jersey who faithfully visits both sets of his Italian American grandparents every Sunday for dinner. Though he finds their constant meddling and doting exasperating, he remains their only local family connection. The routine is disrupted when Nick announces he has been offered a dream promotion in Seattle. Devastated by the prospect of him moving 2,800 miles away, his grandparents—Frank, Aida, Nunzio, and Emma—concoct various hilarious schemes to keep him local. Their primary tactic is a matchmaking attempt, inviting an attractive nurse named Caitlin to dinner in hopes that romance will anchor him to New Jersey. As Nick wrestles with his career ambitions versus his familial obligations, he confronts the "three F’s": family, faith, and food. The play explores intergenerational gaps and the inevitable heartbreaks of growing up, ultimately highlighting the deep, enduring love between generations. Fridays: 7:30 PM Saturdays & Sundays: 2:00 PM

On October 26th, 1944, American soldiers arrived on the shores of Leyte in the Philippine Islands for the first time since 1942. Though triumphant in beginning the reclamation of the former American territory, the soldiers landing on that beach had a long, muddy slog ahead of them. Come to our battle reenactment about the fight for Leyte, see our Company K volunteers handling WWII weapons and vehicles, and our flamethrower in action! This presentation is not recommended for small children, pets, or those with heart conditions due to loud noises and simulated combat effects. Programs are offered at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. in the Pacific Combat Zone. Online ticket purchases are highly encouraged. Seating is first come, first served.

1 to 1.5 hours Our Vineyard Hike starts on the Mezzanine of the barn with a coffee for morning walks or light sip for evening ones. We will begin our conversation on holistic agriculture development as we take in the views of the large pond and draw. Our walk is on our improved country road that takes us over the top of our vineyards with 1000 ft long rows and unobstructed Hill Country views for 50 miles. Total hike is 3/4 mile. At 1/3 mile we will rest at Pavilion and enjoy Hill Country Bellinis and some other refreshments and enjoy the view. The Vineyard Hike continues downhill and past one of the solar stations that power our carbon neutral ranch. Once to the bottom of the vineyards, we will be better able to discuss vine development and growth as we wander through our newest vines. We will end up back at the Mezzanine after learning about the biodynamic ways of pest management at Diamond Vineyards including our bats and insectarium. You will have an opportunity to talk to Lisa, the owner, who plays a major role in growing and making the wine that you will enjoy.
