Tonight don't miss Sol Patch with Debbi Walton and Donnie Price!!

Sol Patch jumped into the music scene in early 2000. They have performed all across Texas in live music venues with their full six piece band as well as a duet and/or trio and have played for a variety of private functions, events and festivals in their time together. In early 2009, Sol Patch released their debut album, "Everything Under The Sun" under the guidance of producer, John M. Greenberg. The music is dynamic and embracing and takes the listener on an enjoyable musical ride to the very end of the album, much like their live shows do. The cross-culture and genre influences is like a mixture of great art and fine wine that you can only be lucky to find together in the same place and Sol Patch definitely delivers!

Luckenbach Texas - Roger Creager with Rob Baird
Roger Creager with Rob Baird CD Release Party "Surrender"! Showtimes: 9:00 pm - Rob Baird,
10:15 pm - Roger Creager
Roger Creager is an adventurist; he does not like to sit still while the world passes by - he tries to get the most out of what the world has to offer. All of this finds its way into Rogers music and live shows. His passion for life invigorates everyone around him including his fan base. Those who get hooked on his charisma and high energy come back show after show, year after year, and record after record. Creagers newest record may be his best work yet. Surrender, released Jan 2012, was produced by Lloyd Maines and marks a back-to-basics approach for Roger. As always, Roger creates an interesting collection with songs that are very different from each other and will keep the listeners attention start to finish. He co-wrote all songs except Redemption Song, a Bob Marley classic.

Rob Baird says growing up in Memphis, a city suffused with music, it was impossible not to pick up the guitar as a kid. And later, pilfering through his sisters record collection, Tom Petty and bands dont bore us get to the chorus approach to song structure, melded with Bairds affinity for darker-themed lyrics of Texas writers like Chris Knight and other legends.

Live Music & Fine Dining Featuring "DaHeBeGeBeeS"
DaHeBeGeBeeS spawned from the very vibrant musical melting pot that is Austin TX. Austins mix of Blues, Rock, Latin, Funk, and Soul helped in the making of Dahebegebees sound.

Ady Hernandez (guitar/lead vocals) a 3rd generation musician started the band with the help from Cecilio Ruiz (Drums/vocals) and Jonas Saks (Bass). Later adding its newest member Miguel McDonald (vocals) as well as various other musicians along the way.

Countless shows and miles across the U.S. helped the band form into a tight unit.

Since then the band has made its name into some of the most elite circles in the music game from Los Lobos, Los Lonely Boys, War, Heart, Little Joe Y La Familia, Toby Keith, Ja rule, Malo, El Chicano, Asleep at the Wheel, Willie Nelson and many more. Dahebegebees have created a fresh sound with thoroughly danceable groove based songs compiled with melody, lots of harmonies, hooks galore and substance. The group is musically sophisticated with marathon live performances drawing from such artist like Santana, Maceo Parker, Stevie Wonder, Dave Matthews, and Dangelo. This band will put your soul in a happy place.

Luckenbach Texas Sunday afternoon Picker Circle with Jeremy Steading.
Jeremy Steding and his Austin, TX band sound different than the rest, and truly stand out. With seven singles reaching the Texas Charts, a strong, loyal fan-base, and a brand new, Walt Wilkins' produced album (I Keep on Livin', but I don't Learn), the band is off to a great start!
I Keep on Livin', but I Don't Learn, has already seen the first single reach the Top 50 on the Texas Chart, and a top... 40 hit on the U.S. Independent Country Music Chart. This album was also Jeremy's first international release, and it debuted at # 17 on the Euro-Americana Chart!
The band travels Texas and beyond, packing dance floors and beer joints with a gritty, old-school inspired sound. Steding's baritone vocals team up with a the tasteful twang of Cord Jackson's telecaster. The guitars and the tight harmony vocals of Jackson and drummer, Jim Adair, combine to create a melodic honky-tonk haven.

Today in Texas History - On this date 166 years ago, December 29, 1845, Texas (comprised of the present state of Texas and parts of New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming) was admitted as the 28th state of the Union.

A state constitution, drawn up by the convention, was ratified by popular vote in October 1845 and accepted by the United States Congress on December 29, 1845, the date of Texas’s legal entry into the Union. The formal transfer of authority from the republic to the state was not made until a ceremony held on February 19, 1846. President Anson Jones handed over the reins of state government to Governor James Pinckney Henderson having declared “The final act in this great drama is now performed. The Republic of Texas is no more.”

Texas Hill Country #1
on The New York Times
31 Places to Go This Summer

"Who needs Europe? The Texas Hill Country, west of Austin and north of San Antonio, might be the next best thing to crossing the Atlantic. The region is lush, colorful and, unlike much of the pancake-flat state, dotted with beautiful green hills that are evocative of Tuscany or the south of France. Moreover, the region is speckled with 22 wineries that buzz with food and music festivals year round. And towns like Fredericksburg offer a taste of the Old World, with German-style biergartens and schnitzelhauser. "
