Inside, guests will find a welcoming layout designed for easy living. The bedroom features a plush king bed, while the full kitchen makes it simple to enjoy breakfast at home, prepare a laid-back dinner, or pour a glass of wine before heading out for the evening. A comfortable living area with TV and streaming entertainment invites you to unwind after a day of exploring, and the dedicated workspace and laptop-friendly setup add flexibility for guests balancing leisure with a little remote work.
Thoughtful amenities make every stay more enjoyable, from free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and central heating to in-home conveniences like a washer, dryer, hair dryer, iron, linens, towels, and essentials. The home also includes private entrance access, self check-in, and enhanced cleaning practices for added ease and peace of mind. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
- Check in is 4pm
- Check out is 11am
- No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
- A fee of $45 per pet, per night will apply
- Daily housekeeping is not provided
- Park in designated areas only
- We ask our guests to sign rental agreements
- There are no “checkout chores”
- Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date
- The outdoor area is shared with the other guest units onsite
- Wood and charcoal are not provided
