A modern floor-plan in this charming home means a spacious, open great room perfect for gathering together. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and loveseat. Enjoy a quiet evening in with a movie on the flat screen TV or use this space to gather together and play games, enjoy conversation, or plan your next day’s adventures around Fredericksburg and the surrounding Hill Country. An entire wall containing multiple sets of French doors lead from the living room out onto an extended patio area, providing plenty of space for gathering outdoors and enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
