The well-appointed Agave Roost accommodations are situated less than a block off of Main Street, Fredericksburg’s central thoroughfare. Enjoy the peace of being tucked off of the main road while still benefitting from the convenience of being just steps away from some of Fredericksburg’s greatest attractions.
The great room at Agave Roost is a comfortable space with modern amenities and rustic charm. A leather sofa and easy chair provide a nice seating area, while an antique chest serves as a coffee table and element of interest. Relax in the evenings with a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The living area flows easily into the kitchen, which is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, high-quality hardwood cabinets, granite countertops, and a tile backsplash. Meals can be easily prepared and cooked in this full kitchen if desired; you can also take a short stroll to one of the many restaurants located downtown. Pull up a stool to the kitchen peninsula for coffee and breakfast before you head into town to enjoy the day.

With one bedroom located upstairs and one located downstairs and each offering their own perks, you choose which will be the master suite for your Fredericksburg getaway. The downstairs bedroom features cathedral ceilings and a queen bed with a gorgeous dark wood headboard. Tastefully framed art lines the wall and neutral colors make this a comfortable place to lay your head. Located right across the hall, the bathroom features double sinks with a granite countertop and a nicely tiled shower will full tub. Head upstairs to explore the second bedroom, which features vaulted ceilings and a spacious king bed. An en suite half bathroom is provided upstairs.

- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
