Bird Point Cabin sits right on the edge of town, making this the perfect cabin for a Hill Country Getaway! From the moment you pull into the driveway you'll know you're in for a relaxing vacation. Whether you cozy up by the fireplace (seasonal use) or stretch out in the king size bed and enjoy a movie night in, or perhaps cooking a special dinner for two, all the comforts of home can be found once you set foot inside. AND we haven't even mentioned the incredible hot tub right outside your bedroom on the back deck!!! If relaxation is calling your name, come stay with us at Bird Point Cabin, one of our many Texas Hill Country vacation rentals!
Please Note: Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests, wildlife, or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
HOUSE RULES:
-Check in is 4pm
-Check out is 11am
-No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
-No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
-Daily housekeeping is not provided
-Park in designated areas only
-Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date
