Riverside Retreat If peace, solitude and splendid relaxation is what you yearn for, this is the place! Riverside Retreat is a gorgeous cabin located in Stonewall, TX an easy 14 mile drive from Fredericksburg. This stunning 2 bedroom 2.5 bath cabin is situated along the Pedernales River and has all the comforts of home; including a full kitchen, 3 TVs (50" in living room, 40" in bedrooms) with satellite channels and WiFi. The downstairs master bedroom features a king size bed and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom upstairs has a King size bed, and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs loft offers a comfortable futon that sleeps 2, (please note upstairs loft is only accessible through bedroom). Plenty of room for a group of up to 6! Riverside Retreat's remote location, access to the waterfront, comfortable accommodations along with proximity to conveniences provide a unique experience - a little piece of "Heaven on Earth!" Please Note: Firewood is not provided, Spa is serviced on Tuesdays and Lawn is serviced on Wednesdays
Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC) Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will not be visible.
This property has 2 security cameras onsite, one monitors the parking lot, and the other monitors the private river. These are for security purposes only. No areas in the home or common outdoor areas are monitored.
HOUSE RULES:
-Check in is 4pm
-Check out is 11am
-No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
-No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
-Daily housekeeping is not provided
-Park in designated areas only
-Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date
