Kelly’s Creekside offer the best Fredericksburg has to offer. It not only boasts four stylishly decorated suites overlooking a creek, but also a location that cannot be beat...just a couple blocks to the heart of Fredericksburg’s shops and restaurants. The four private suites offer contemporary comfort in the middle of downtown Fredericksburg. Guests are amazed, however, that such lush landscaping and serenity can be found so close to the finest shopping and restaurants in the Texas Hill Country.
Kelly’s Creekside offer four different suites, each with its own personality. Sandy’s Serenity is the large, luxurious 1190 square foot suite in the main house boasting walls of windows and views to die for. Sandy’s also includes a full living room and dining area, a full kitchen, luxurious bathroom, washer/dryer, ice maker, a twin roll-way and more. The suite offers a king size bedroom with beautiful linens and a private balcony just off the master bedroom plus a second bedroom with a Queen size bed. Sandy’s Serenity is definitely the jewel in the crown of Kelly’s Creekside!
However, Kelly’s also offers three other suites: Erin’s Escape, Sarah’s Secret, and Leah’s Loft, each offering their own special charms and with varied pricing for different budgets. Rent just one and enjoy a perfect couples’ getaway. Or rent them all in order to accommodate small groups up to eight guests. Either way you simply cannot go wrong choosing Kelly’s Creekside as your Texas hill country haven, as an alternative to a hotel in Fredericksburg.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great location. Improvements needed: 1. King bed (side next to closet) slants to edge, making it uncomfortable 2. Commode has a flush problem. 3. Need to leave instructions on TV Spectrum operation.4. None of the passwords worked for Wi-Fi. Called both listed numbers and did not receive a response from either. Finally, I called a number left in the binder by a former employee and was able to connect. 5. None backup for facial tissues. This is our second time to stay in Sandy’s Serenity and we didn’t experience any of these issues. Hope you will correct because it is a nice location and escape.

We loved staying here. Exactly how they subscribed it. Very walkable to Main Street. Close to restaurants. Even enjoyed a nice run through the area. Walking distance to our favorite restaurant Granite House lounge 👍️would definitely go back. Very reasonable price.

From the lovely decor to the wonderful amenities everything was wonderful. It is a spacious house with a beautiful master with room to spread out and a cute little extra bedroom. Any issue was dealt with immediately and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and location central. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

Spacious and Beautiful Cottage Walking Distance to Downtown

It's amazing how close this pretty cottage was to the shops, restaurants and wine bars in downtown Fredericksburg and yet felt serene and removed from the busy-ness. A 3-5 minute walk put you in the heart of everything. The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped with all of the necessities. Loved the hot tub! The sitting area in the primary bedroom provided a view of a little creek and we saw deer our last night. It was a perfect stay and we'll be back!

Loved our stay! Felt right at home. For a 2/1 it felt spacious! The location is great, you can easily walk to main street and other local restaurants. The view from one of the rooms/patio was beautiful!

Wonderful Stay In a Great Location

Our girls trip was a blast, and the accommodations were a big part of that. Located just off the main strip, Sandy’s was close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see, and far enough away not hear the crowds. Sandy’s was spacious, incredibly clean, comfortable, and well stocked. When we arrived, we realized there was another unit under us, but as Sandy’s is well built, we didn’t feel the need to tiptoe around to avoid noise for those below us. Convenient parking was available on a side driveway or on the street if needed. The views off of the master balcony were lovely, and the spacious bathroom with double sinks and a beautiful walk in shower were much appreciated. We were a little confused about where the hot tub was due to there being a unit below us, but quickly realized it’s around the front then around the side of the house, basically in front of the driveway. Ultimately we ended up not using it, but that was because we were tired from all the other fun we’d had, and I’m sure it would have been as clean and comfortable as the rest of the house. We were impressed by the level of clear communication, and especially by the lack of check out chores required. We would definitely stay again, and have already recommended Sandy’s and the other units to friends and family.

Sandy's Serenity - Our only place to stay in Fredricksburg

Like the property's name implies, it is a relaxful, tranquil It is within walking distance from restaurants and shopping in around Main St. Being able to observe deer feeding and frolicking along Baron's Creek is always a highlight of our stays. The property manager Elaine and the owner Ken could not be nicer and more accomodating of us. We will be back, maybe to celebrate our 58th anniversary!

Having never visited Fredricksburg, we booked Sandys Serenity for nine nights. When we first arrived we were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the space. The space itself is extremely spacious and well equiped with everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals, basic toiletries in the shower, a washer/dryer, linens etc. Due to the length of our stay, they even came and changed the bedding and towels! During our 9 nights, we enjoyed the hot tub (towels provided), the deck, the nature, the easy walk two blocks downtown, and so many other things about Sandys Serenity. In 2023 year we spent over 50 nights in various VRBO's, Sandys Serenity was one of the nicest places we have rented!

We so enjoyed our stay at Sandy’s Serenity over Thanksgiving! The house was comfortable and welcoming. The views were excellent and we so enjoyed having groceries, shopping and dining within walking distance. We’ll definitely be back and being friends for the other homes. Great place to go together but still have your own private space, too.

Could relax and enjoyed how you could not hear the going's on in the house like anyone visiting the bathroom at night - the walls are solid. It's almost like you are there alone. The view of the creek and nature makes you feel like you are in the Country but you are one street off the big fun spots!

This place was a perfect get away location just a short walk from Main St. It felt like a home away from home and we really enjoyed waking up to watch the deer and birds eat from the back porch. The hot tub was a great way to end the day of walking through wine country or hiking Enchanted Rock. We will definitely be back!

Tammy’s place was so cute and so modern! I loved the huge master bedroom, walk in closet and you seriously cannot beat the view! The hot tub was a nice touch and perfect view of the texas stars! So close to Main Street!

It is clean, spacious with a great view. Very convenient to Main Street you can walk from the house. We used Vintage care service to visit the wineries, there is a card located in the house with the number. They did an excellent job showing us around.

This is such a lovely place to stay. The creek is so calming. Deer come by and play in the early morning and evening. With in walking distance from HEB and the main street. They have a very nice loaded kitchen with all the gadgets you could need. The closet in the master is so nice. The bathroom is dreamy.

The is absolutely one of the nicest vacation rental properties at which we have ever stayed. It was exceptionally decorated and very clean. Although we didn't use much, the kitchen is very well stocked with enough appliances and utensils to cook unlimited meals. The beds were also very comfortable. The best amenity might be the relaxing view of the creek from the back patio/balcony. There were several deer hanging out by the creek just after sunset. This a the perfect place for small families or even couples to enjoy Fredericksburg and/or the hill Country wineries from

Sandy's Serenity cottage was amazing. Check in and out were very smooth with great communication. Conveniently located walking distance from Main Street. Everything one would need or have at home was there. Was expecting a little "so-so" cottage but this beautiful home was tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities. I could not have asked for a better place. The balcony overlooking the beautiful back yard and creek was the icing on the cake. My son started planning a return visit within an hour of our arrival. And there is a grocery store walking distance away. I would give 20 stars but the scale only allowed 5. Could not recommend more highly!

Home was just as wonderful as it appears in the photos and it is in a great location for visiting Fredericksburg! The only downfalls were... having to take the time during our stay to contact the host and housekeeper for lack of essential toiletries and being charged after our visit for an extra guest.
