The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a King primary suite & ensuite bath, and two secondary Queen bedrooms with a shared bath (and a bonus sleeper sofa). All the bathrooms feature new, updated fixtures and plenty of character. In the full kitchen are stainless steel appliances and a unique Farmhouse kitchen sink, perfect for snack time or dinner time! Movie night, game night, or Fredericksburg's favorite, wine night are all possible in this cozy, family forward home. Outdoors is a large covered porch with a seating area AND dining table, plus a private hot tub. You'll also find another full-size seating area with a gas grill and gas fire-pit under the pergola in the spacious, fully fenced backyard. There is a limit of 2 pets per reservation, not to exceed 60lbs. A $45 per pet, per night fee will apply.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
There is a limit of 2 pets per reservation, not to exceed 60lbs. A $45 per pet, per night fee will apply.
