Das Peach Haus

Das Peach Haus, established in 1928 from a peach orchard and roadside produce stand, has evolved into a culinary destination in the Texas Hill Country. Founded by Case Fischer and Mark Wieser, it features a historic store, wine tasting room, guest houses, and Dietz Distillery. The Culinary Adventure Cooking School and Tasting Room offer modern food and wine experiences, complementing over 150 sauces, jams, and jellies made daily. Set on a beautiful farm with a pond and vegetable garden, Das Peach Haus is becoming a food and wine haven, with plans for a winery in the future.
