An exciting new addition to Fischer & Wieser’s flagship property, Dietz Distillery is located just next door to Das Peach Haus. Currently, the distillery offers Five Judges Gin, a London-style Gin with a Texas twist – named in honor of the five judges who have called the property home during the past century. This Juniper-forward recipe combines fruit-based ingredients fresh from the farm, creating a more traditional gin with a less floral and uniquely Texas flavor. Future plans include an Orange Liqueur, seasonal Eau de Vie’s, and more. Stop by on your next visit for a tasting and enjoy sipping outside with a view of the pines.
