In Fredericksburg since 1994, The Fredericksburg Brewing Company is the oldest brewpub in Texas and has been proclaimed by numerous publications as the “Best in Texas”. The biergarten is perfect for private functions. Also available are 12 “Bed and Brew” rooms. The restaurant features award winning fresh ales and lagers brewed on-site, with seasonal specialty brews and German style lagers. The brewing equipment is in full view of all tables in the restaurant. Come enjoy a craft brewed beer and some fresh, flavorful food.
