Fredericksburg Harp StudioEmily Jumes is a virtuoso harpist with a passion for making harp music part of the “Fredericksburg Texas Sound.” Her experience includes solo, ensemble, and orchestral work; she has performed on occasion for both state and national level celebrities, and has been twice called upon by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Emily is a venturesome performer, with a distinctive style that reflects the influences of multiple cultures and genres. Her expansive repertoire features Classical music, and also more contemporary genres: Blues, Country, Jazz, Pop, and Rock. Her playing is marked by a vibrant flair of originality that demonstrates the versatility of the harp, and the quality of life-giving music. Emily embellishes the Fredericksburg music scene with extraordinary performances at some of the finest live music venues. She regularly appears at the Rathskeller restaurant, “First Friday Artwalks”, and monthly “Dialogues & Dances” concerts.
