The proprietors produce private select wines in the tradition of their Italian ancestors from the Emilia Romagna region north of Tuscany and the foothills of the Italian Alps. Super Reserve unfiltered Reds and cold fermented Whites are the focus of Solaro’s production. Following the European/Italian tradition, the fabulous Solaro Tasting Pavilion is integrated into the vineyard and establishes a natural connection between the vineyard, the fruit and your glass.
