Built in 1835, Wilkins Townhouse has an ambience of spacious elegance. Once home to the Natchez Chamber of Commerce, the 3000 square foot home was updated recently. The townhouse has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a new kitchen, and a serene courtyard. The main floor features crisp white interiors and 12-foot ceilings.  Two of the bedroom suites are located here and each has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double sinks, and a sitting room, with TV, each located adjacent to a bedroom.  Guests will enjoy the original mantles, molding, and floors, as well as the oversized windows, allowing for plenty of sunshine. 

The 3rd bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor; this bedroom is smaller than the two bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen separates the bedroom from its bathroom. The kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large family room, complete with dining tables and TV, are also on the ground floor. The ground floor has lower ceilings, and, historically, the family would have spent a lot of time here, as it would stay cooler than the main floor. 

The new kitchen has stainless appliances, icemaker, coffee makers, and all the cooking basics. 

Both floors have access to the iconic courtyard, perfect for coffee or cocktails. The landscaped courtyard has seating for 16. 

Located in the heart of the Historic District, one block from Antique Row and two blocks from Main Street with a varied selection of shops and restaurants, the location is ideal for sightseeing, one block from Historic Stanton Hall and a short walk to the Bluffs of Natchez for a magnificent view of the Mississippi River.
Note: The kitchen separates the 3 rd bedroom from its bathroom.
