Tuesday May 5th – Tacos Y Margs @ Hill & Vine- Kick off your Cinco de Mayo celebrations with an eventing of bold flavors, fresh margaritas, and live music under the Texas sky.

Wednesday May 6th – Austin Street Block Party – Grab your friends and family for a laid-back neighborhood celebration where the heart of Fredericksburg becomes a lively gathering place filled with great food, music, and community.

Thursday May 7th – East Side Flights & Bites @ Elk & Main – Spend an elegant evening dining under the stars for a progressive culinary and beverage experience set throughout the iconic Elk & Main courtyard.

Friday May 8th – Smoke & Fire @ El Quincho – Fire, smoke, and bold flavors take enter stage for this spicy collaboration between El Quincho and a special pop-up from Eaker Barbecue.

Saturday May 9th – TexMex BBQ Fest: First Bite @ Leroy’s Tex Mex – Enjoy live music, traditionally distilled desert spirits, and Texas-sized bites from some of Texas’ top Tex-Mex BBQ restaurants.
