Join the 2025 Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival, hosted by the Fredericksburg Jaycees from May 23–25 at Marktplatz, 100 block of W. Main, Fredericksburg, TX. Enjoy live music, arts and crafts vendors, delicious food, refreshing beverages, and crawfish! Event hours are 6 PM–Midnight on Friday, 11 AM–Midnight on Saturday, and Noon–6 PM on Sunday.
