This class promises to be a fun and interactive experience for the class.  You will discover the essential ingredients and tools needed to create the perfect pizza, marinara from scratch and more. Then enjoy your creations for dinner paired with some of our chef’s favorite Fischer & Wieser Wine. Menu ~ Scratch Made Marinara, Pizzas, Calzones, and Dessert ~ Cannoli.
