Litter Cleanup for Public Lands Day

Help beautify LBJ State Park with this litter cleanup event in honor of National Public Lands Day!

Show your public lands some love!

In honor of National Public Lands Day, LBJ State Park will be hosting a litter clean-up. Help beautify our site with a couple hours of your time. We encourage all community members to come out and give back to their local state park for this event! (Also, this is a great opportunity for students to earn volunteer hours)

Details:

When: Saturday, Sept. 26 @ 9 a.m.

Where: Meet at the Visitor Center

Bring: Water, snacks and gloves

Who: All ages are welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
