Valentine Wine Pairing Dinner

Local chef Fernando Herrera-Aguilar walks you through a four-course dinner paired with wines featured in the Culinary Adventure Wine Room. Menu will include Strawberry Salad paired with Dry Riesling,  Seared Scallops paired with Viognier, Chicken Cordon Bleu paired with Sangiovese and Chocolate Mousse.
