Wellness for the Women Who Raise Us invites you to slow down and reconnect through a thoughtfully curated 3-hour retreat in the Great Lawn at Grand Central at Milam. Join wellness leaders Melinda Kirchhoff and Leah Cullis, this soulful experience is designed to recharge the spirit through movement, breathwork, reflection, intention setting, and deep restoration. Guests will enjoy lunch on the terrace provided by Fresh Pickens Market, followed by time to shop, mingle, and explore a Lululemon pop-up and other wellness offerings on the lawn.
