Texas Wines and HistoryJoin the Hilmy Cellars team as we sip and learn through a History-inspired tasting of five Texas wines, all artisan made by the Hilmy winemaking team. From 17th century missionaries to surviving the prohibition, the wines of Texas are born from a vibrant history inspiring exploration, tradition, and invention in every glass. This course will be taught by Texas Wine Specialist Kathryn Bishop.
